In relation to the proposed bill to make amendments to the senydd I wish to object to the willful waste of public funds at a time of great austerity in Wales.

Monies drawn from public funds and from Westminster MUST be used for the betterment of Wales and its people. There is no discernible benefit to Wales in increasing the number of ministers in the senydd.  Recruitment and employment of additional staff is a hypocrisy when Welsh government denies additional funds to assist 3rd sector services through increasing the HSG grants and such organisations are having to make staff redundant to stay solvent. That is a travesty.

The dire state of the NHS and public services is in urgent  need of attention yet money is being cuts from budgets to the detriment of  all public services. How is it responsible government to employ further staff at high cost when there are so many other issues in Wales that need urgent attention from government.

Given that the senydd was brought into being by the Welsh people, and the ministers are tasked to uphold the interests of the people they serve, this bill is an unlawful welding of executive power and lies outside the scope of ministerial integrity.

I urge as many as possible to oppose this bill in the name of the Welsh people. I urge you to make a stand against the continued waste of tax payer money for personal gain and objectives demonstrated by this government over the past 25 years. I urge you to vote for the development of Wales and atop its ruin.
